and are ready for the opportunity to discover the next level of their horsemanship,

We have created the Connection-Centered Immersion Lease.

COMING SOON…

It’s so much more than your average lease

Most leases are some version of “rent-a-horse.”

We wanted to create something that gave you the structure to go deep into your relationship with one of our horses.

This lease includes 4 one-hour private lessons and 8 one-hour practice sessions each month to give you the support to immerse yourself into your horsemanship.

We don’t want to send you out into the world with one of our horses and hope for the best. We want to nurture your gifts, help to hold your challenges, and provide you with the time and space to really feel the magic of building an equine friendship.

We can say from experience… there is nothing like the wonderment of spending this much time learning from and with a horse.

With nurturance and support, it can be something truly magical.

a revolt against “species loneliness”

“Philosophers call this state of isolation and disconnection “species loneliness”—a deep, unnamed sadness stemming from estrangement from the rest of Creation, from the loss of relationship. As our human dominance of the world has grown, we have become more isolated, more lonely when we can no longer call out to our neighbors.”

— Robin Wall Kimmerer, Braiding Sweetgrass

a remembrance of our interconnectedness

“Each person, human or no, is bound to every other in a reciprocal relationship. Just as all beings have a duty to me, I have a duty to them. If an animal gives its life to feed me, I am in turn bound to support its life. If I receive a stream’s gift of pure water, then I am responsible for returning a gift in kind. An integral part of a human’s education is to know those duties and how to perform them.”
